SMS Policy

This SMS Policy describes the text messaging program operated by Asuria Incorporated (“Asuria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program description
Our SMS program enables conversational, person-to-person communication between you and Asuria employees regarding consulting engagements, project coordination, scheduling, and related business matters. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional content.
2. How to opt in
To begin receiving messages from Asuria, text the keyword START to +1 (302) 204-6142. By texting START, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Asuria at the mobile number from which you sent the message.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your engagement with our team. You will only receive messages in response to active conversations or in connection with services you have requested.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Asuria does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may.
5. How to get help
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message from us, email info@asuriainc.com, or call +1 (877) 817-1824.
6. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:
STOP · QUIT · END · REVOKE · OPT OUT · CANCEL · UNSUBSCRIBE
After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin the program, you may opt in again at any time by texting START to +1 (302) 204-6142.
7. Supported carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and data sharing
The mobile information you provide when opting in (including your phone number and the contents of messages you send to us) is used solely to deliver and respond to your messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when required to do so by law, to protect our rights, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder, or have permission of the account holder, of the mobile device on which you receive messages. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
